History

Founded in 1999, Tintas Vinci is a wholly Brazilian company working to provide high performance solutions for a number of applications in the field of Protective Coatings, Marine Coatings, Yacht Paint and Industrial Floor Paints. Together with a highly skilled technical team, our goal consists of manufacturing and selling protective and marine paints aiming to provide our customers with higher protection and aesthetic features to different assets (metal structures, industrial floorings, machinery and equipment, yachts, vessels, platforms, and so on), covering a number of industries of the Brazilian national economy.

Having the purpose of running business in a responsible and sustainable manner, Tintas Vinci reaffirms its socio-environmental commitment to customers, suppliers, coworkers, competitors and the community. We nurture the best corporate values and practices, aiming at the environment sustainability and ethical business. Ongoing actions and projects:

  • Development of new products in favor of reducing emissions of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs);
  • Use of heavy metal-free pigments;
  • Responsible use of energy;
  • Responsible use of water;
  • Conscious use of materials, avoiding wastes and losses;
  • Storage of raw materials, intermediate products and wastes in sheltered areas having waterproof floor.

Code of Ethics

Tintas Vinci does not accept any kind of prejudice, discrimination or abusive behavior when conducting relationships, selection processes, hiring, evaluation and promotion of our employees. Child, slave or similar labor is not allowed in our company facilities either, as well as in the facilities of our suppliers. We are fully committed to providing the appropriate conditions and resources in order to ensure the promotion of health and safety for all our employees.

We demand total transparency and honesty in any commercial relationship with our customers and suppliers. All the direct and indirect coworkers are not allowed to receive sales commissions, gifts or advantages offered by suppliers or service providers. Likewise, granting advantages or differentiated treatment to any supplier or service provider is not allowed.

We are committed to protecting the environment and socio-economic sustainability. Our relationships are grounded on ethics and transparency. We do not accept any behavior headed by racial, socio-economic, cultural, gender or religious prejudice.

Tintas Vinci is committed to ethics and morality when running business, further to the strict compliance with the current laws, particularly Law No. 12.846 of August 1st, 2013. Accordingly, it is strictly prohibited, whether directly or indirectly, any kind of proposal for payment or benefit of any nature to public agents, direct or indirect representatives of governmental authority with the purpose of achieving or running business and commercial advantage. All the direct or indirect coworkers are prohibited by Tintas Vinci to offer gifts or any kind of advantage to public agents, customers or business partners. Donations and/or contributions to non-governmental organizations, social programs or political parties are not allowed.

Tintas Vinci encourages all its direct and indirect coworkers, as well as its suppliers and service providers, to report any business practice that violates the present code of ethics. Complaints can be filed by means of a direct communication channel with the company’s management. Tintas Vinci is committed to open an investigation procedure in order to investigate complaints that result in evidence of fraud and/or corruption, and to take the appropriate remediation under the provisions of the current laws.
